Boon(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 모든 앱·게임 및 웹 서비스(MA Studio 명의로 제공되는 게임 포함, 이하 "서비스")에 적용됩니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보의 항목 및 수집 방법
회사의 서비스는 원칙적으로 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 다만 서비스에 따라 다음 정보가 수집될 수 있습니다.
- 계정 생성 시(계정 기능을 제공하는 서비스에 한함): 이메일 주소, 인증 식별자 — Firebase Authentication, Supabase Auth 등 외부 인증 서비스를 통해 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 서비스 이용 과정에서 자동 수집: 기기 모델명, 운영체제 버전, 앱 버전, 언어·국가 설정, 오류 및 충돌(크래시) 로그, 서비스 이용 기록(행동 데이터), 기기 식별자·광고 식별자(ADID/IDFA) 및 무작위 생성 식별자(UUID)
- 이용자가 문의 시 직접 제공: 이메일 주소, 문의 내용
광고 식별자, UUID 등 온라인 식별자는 이름·연락처와 같은 직접 식별정보는 아니지만, 관련 법령상 개인정보로 취급되며 본 방침의 적용을 받습니다.
2. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적
- 서비스 제공·운영 및 기능 개선
- 계정 생성·관리 및 본인 확인(계정 기능을 제공하는 경우)
- 오류 진단 및 서비스 안정성 확보
- 서비스 이용 현황 분석 및 통계
- 맞춤형 또는 일반 광고의 제공(광고가 포함된 서비스의 경우)
- 이용자 문의 응대 및 공지사항 전달
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 계정 정보: 회원 탈퇴 또는 계정 삭제 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
- 자동 수집 정보: 수집 목적 달성 후 지체 없이 파기하거나 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 처리합니다.
- 문의 기록: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자 보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 문의 처리 완료 후 3년간 보관 후 파기합니다.
- 그 밖에 관련 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 해당 법령이 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 근거가 있거나 수사기관이 적법한 절차에 따라 요청하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 제3자 서비스
서비스에 따라 다음 외부 서비스가 사용될 수 있으며, 이 과정에서 각 서비스 제공자의 개인정보처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다. 개별 앱에서 실제로 사용하는 서비스는 각 앱 스토어 페이지의 데이터 안전(Google Play) 및 앱 개인정보 보호(App Store) 항목에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 앱 배포: Apple App Store, Google Play — 스토어 운영사가 제공하는 익명 통계 및 충돌 보고
- 웹 호스팅: Cloudflare Pages — 접속 로그 등
- 인증: Google Firebase Authentication, Supabase — 이메일 주소 등 계정 정보(계정 기능을 제공하는 경우)
- 분석·크래시 리포트: Google Firebase(Analytics, Crashlytics), Amplitude — 기기 정보, 이용 기록, 식별자
- 광고: 광고 사업자의 SDK(예: Google AdMob) — 광고 식별자가 광고 사업자에게 전달될 수 있습니다(광고가 포함된 서비스의 경우)
6. 광고 식별자에 관한 안내
이용자는 기기 설정을 통해 광고 식별자 기반 추적을 제한하거나 식별자를 재설정할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 앱별 추적 허용 여부를 선택할 수 있으며(회사의 앱은 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성 정책에 따라 사전 동의를 받습니다), Android에서는 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
7. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
수집 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하며, 그 외 기록물은 분쇄 또는 소각합니다.
8. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제(계정 삭제 포함), 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 개인정보 보호책임자에게 이메일로 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 합니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.
10. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 개인정보의 분실·도난·유출·위변조·훼손을 방지하기 위하여 접근 통제, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS) 등 합리적인 보호 조치를 취하고 있습니다.

Privacy Policy

Boon ("the Company") complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect its users. This policy applies to all apps, games, and web services provided by the Company, including games released under the MA Studio name (collectively, "the Services").
1. Information We Collect
As a rule, the Services can be used without creating an account. Depending on the service, the following information may be collected:
- When you create an account (only in services that offer accounts): email address and authentication identifiers — processed through external authentication providers such as Firebase Authentication or Supabase Auth.
- Collected automatically during use: device model, operating system version, app version, language and region settings, error and crash logs, usage records (behavioral data), device identifiers, advertising identifiers (ADID/IDFA), and randomly generated identifiers (UUIDs)
- Provided directly when you contact us: email address and the content of your inquiry
Online identifiers such as advertising IDs and UUIDs are not direct identifiers like your name or contact details, but they are treated as personal information under applicable law and are covered by this policy.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Providing, operating, and improving the Services
- Creating and managing accounts and verifying identity (where accounts are offered)
- Diagnosing errors and keeping the Services stable
- Analyzing service usage and producing statistics
- Serving personalized or non-personalized ads (in services that include advertising)
- Responding to inquiries and delivering notices
3. Retention Period
- Account information is destroyed without delay when you withdraw or delete your account.
- Automatically collected data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, or processed into a form that cannot identify individuals.
- Inquiry records are retained for three years after the inquiry is resolved, as required by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and then destroyed.
- Where other laws require retention, data is kept for the period those laws prescribe.
4. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where required by law or lawfully requested by investigative authorities.
5. Outsourcing and Third-Party Services
Depending on the service, the following external services may be used; each provider's own privacy policy may apply. The services actually used by each app are disclosed in that app's store listing (Data Safety on Google Play, App Privacy on the App Store).
- App distribution: Apple App Store and Google Play — anonymous statistics and crash reports provided by the store operators
- Web hosting: Cloudflare Pages — access logs and similar data
- Authentication: Google Firebase Authentication, Supabase — account information such as email address (where accounts are offered)
- Analytics and crash reporting: Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics), Amplitude — device information, usage records, identifiers
- Advertising: ad-provider SDKs (e.g., Google AdMob) — advertising identifiers may be shared with ad providers (in services that include advertising)
6. About Advertising Identifiers
You can limit tracking based on advertising identifiers or reset them in your device settings. On iOS, you can choose per-app tracking permission under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (the Company's apps request prior consent under Apple's App Tracking Transparency policy). On Android, you can delete or reset your advertising ID under Settings > Google > Ads.
7. Destruction of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; other records are shredded or incinerated.
8. Your Rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of (including account deletion), or suspension of processing of your personal information by emailing the privacy officer below. The Company will act on such requests without delay.
9. Children's Privacy
The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
10. Security Measures
The Company takes reasonable measures — including access control and encryption in transit (HTTPS) — to prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage of personal information.
